Chase Underwriting is expanding its Leisure Travel division with multiple brands in the market and we’re on the lookout for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales and Service Consultant. If you thrive on helping others, love the travel industry, and have a knack for staying calm under pressure, this is the role for you!

What you’ll be doing

Providing expert guidance on travel insurance policies to customers and partners

Quoting and converting sales with confidence and professionalism

Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats across all of our channels

Supporting customers with changes, claims guidance, and troubleshooting issues

What we’re looking for

Strong customer service skills – you genuinely enjoy helping others

Calm under pressure – you can juggle tasks and prioritise like a pro

Tech confident – you have the ability to learn, use systems and troubleshoot basic issues

Detail-oriented – accuracy matters in insurance

A natural decision-maker – confident applying policies and solving problems

Previous travel, insurance, or call centre experience preferred, we will teach the rest
