We're building a pool of experienced Site Administrators who thrive in fast-paced environments and bring strong systems knowledge with a proactive mindset. If you've worked in mining-especially with WAIO-and can step in with minimal training, we'd love to hear from you.

• What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in site administration within mining
• Strong skills in Workflow, SAP, and advanced Excel
• Ability to manage rosters, logistics, and site documentation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented
• Preferably EX-WAIO for immediate impact
• Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months
