We are on the hunt for a dynamic Jewellery Sales & Success Specialist to lead our wedding ring consultations and manage all of our client after-service needs. What does a typical day look like?

Leading wedding ring appointments and guiding couples to find their perfect rings

Handling after-service appointments to ensure our clients' are happy and satisfied.

Managing repair appointments and keeping clients updated on their orders

Providing accurate quotations for handmade wedding rings, CAD wedding rings and repairs

Attending our instore whisky nights to connect with clients in a fun, relaxed environment

Representing the brand at bridal fairs and expos to build awareness and attract new clients

Reaching out to our existing clients with follow-up calls to schedule appointments and maintain strong relationships

What we’re looking for:

A love for people and creating exceptional customer experiences

Strong interest in wedding jewellery, with the ability to inspire and educate clients

A passion for sales and driving business growth

A proactive, organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment

Experience in jewellery is preferred.
