We are seeking an experienced and compassionate dual-qualified worker for a part-time role combining both Personal Care and Lifestyle support.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of older adults—not only through physical care, but also by enriching their daily lives through meaningful activities and engagement

To be considered, you must have:

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) &

Certificate IV in Leisure and Health

A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Personal Care Worker in aged care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

Respect for privacy, dignity and the unique needs of each resident

Understanding of aged care standards and commitment to safe work practices

Nurses are rostered onsite 24/7 to support our Personal Care and Lifestyle Workers in delivering high-quality care.
