Our client is one of the leading building certification and building inspection companies servicing Northern NSW and South East Queensland. From residential building approvals to large-scale commercial certifications, they have every one of your building bases covered.

THE ROLE

Due to expanding business opportunities our client has a full-time position available for an experienced Building Surveyor in their Tweed Heads office.
They provide a friendly work environment with highly experienced staff, where communication and discussion between building surveyors is part of the culture.

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:-

• - Previous experience working as a qualified building surveyor in NSW;
• - Current holder or ability to hold BPB building inspector/surveyor licence
• - Current car licence and ability to carry out building inspections across Northern NSW;
• - Ability to work in both a team environment or autonomously as required.

The following attributes would be considered an advantage:-

• - Experience assessing and issuing building approvals in NSW local government areas for Class 1 and 10 (Class 2-9 experience beneficial but not necessary);
• - Experience with approval and inspection of Class 1 and 10.
• - Interest in furthering your qualifications and industry experience.

A vehicle will be provided. An attractive remuneration package will be provided based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.
