Grocery Assistant – Full Time

Wilsons Fruit and Vegetables is a Ballarat family-owned and operated business now in its third generation. We supply families and businesses with premium fruit and vegetables, as well as offering a large range of specialty items in our delicatessen and grocery departments. We are proud to support local farmers both here in Victoria and across Australia, giving our customers access to the best produce possible.

We have a full-time position available in our Grocery department and are seeking someone with an eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is service-driven, to ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service while shopping for high-quality products. Successful applicants will have a passion for food and the ability to build strong product knowledge to assist our customers.

There will be a requirement for early starts and late finishes, as well as some weekend work. During peak periods, such as in the lead-up to Christmas or to cover staff during leave periods, additional weekend and/or early morning and late shifts may be required.
