We are currently looking for experienced Civil Earthworks Operators for large Civil projects in Central Sydney,South West and western Sydney.

All are Long-term roles with options to go full-time.

To be successful you must:

  • Have a WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
  • Have a minimum of 3 years with the following SOA's & VOCs - Dumper, Front end loader, Excavator
  • Experience working in civil construction
  • Be confident operating 5-20 tonne machinery
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Be trustworthy, hard-working, and take pride in their work
  • Contactable references


If successful you can expect:

  • Above Market Pay + Penalties, Super and OT
  • 10 Hour Shifts (6 days)
  • Day Shift
  • Weekly Pay
  • Full-time opportunities after the probation period
