Qualifications & experience

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results.

Tasks & responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service Assist in visual merchandising, stock management, and team training. Bring your unique flair and ideas to assist the day to day in store.

Be taught basic jewellery making skills such as soldering and engraving to help personalise customer experiences.
