About the Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated person to join our maintenance team at Mollymook Golf Club. This position will work under the guidance and supervision of our full-time Maintenance Coordinator, assisting with day-to-day maintenance tasks across both venues.

Our maintenance team plays a key role in ensuring all property, plant, and equipment are well-maintained and operating at optimum levels. This ensures our facilities are presented beautifully and safely to our members and guests at all times.

Your eye for detail and strong commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

General repairs and facility maintenance

Painting, patching, and cosmetic improvements

Prompt response to maintenance issues and breakdowns

Supporting small refurbishment and improvement projects

Following safe work practices and WHS procedures

Identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance concerns

About You

You will bring:

A proactive, can-do attitude

Strong WHS awareness and safety-first mindset

Good communication skills and professional presentation

Physical capability to undertake manual tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, climbing)

Ability to work independently and within a team

Current Driver Licence

Trade qualifications (desirable but not essential)

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
