We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Lawn Maintenance Team Members to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, outdoor role with a variety of commercial and residential clients. Key responsibilities include:

Mowing lawns using push and ride-on mowers.

Operating whipper snippers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other power tools.

General garden clean-ups and weed control.

Mulching, trimming, edging, and minor landscaping.

Maintaining equipment and ensuring safe work practices.

Completing job checklists and communicating with office via mobile apps.

Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment faults to supervisors.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physically fit and capable of manual labour.

Organised, reliable, and adaptable to different work environments.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Respectful of client property and takes pride in presentation.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and site inductions.

Mandatory Requirements:

Current Police Check.

Working with Children Check (where required).

Current NSW Driver’s Licence.

Working smartphone for office communication and job scheduling.

Flexibility to work across various sites.
