We currently have two vacancies for reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic personnel to be part of our team delivering freight from our Hobart depot located in the northern suburbs. To be considered for this position, it is essential to hold a valid MEDIUM RIGID manual licence with a good driving record, have a solid geographical knowledge of Hobart and surrounding suburbs, and be able to provide a National Police check. Holding a current forklift licence would be an advantage as would previous courier experience along with hands on experience operating barcode scanners, but not essential.

An immediate start for the right person is on offer.

The roles commence under casual employment with the possibility of moving to full time permanent following a successfully completed probation period.

This position reports to the Hobart Depot Manager. You need to be fit and healthy and will be required to pass a pre-employment medical. As a delivery driver, you are the front line of our business, so being an effective communicator, being courteous and polite with customers as well as providing prompt service is vital to the success of this role.
