The Role Within the practice the PAs have a 'portfolio of responsibility'. This 6 month contract role will supports surgeons and anaesthetists and also act as the number one support for the PA's when on leave. It's a busy role with a lot to juggle so organisation and communication skills are key, as is a mindset of teamwork. While each PA has ownership of their role and its responsibilities, they also work in harmony, supporting one another with the smooth management of each patient's surgical journey.
About You Experience working in Reception or as a Secretary/PA within a specialist medical practice is essential. Of equal importance will be your ability to join a high functioning and professional team, contributing positively to a workplace where everyone strives to do their best; for themselves, for their specialists, their colleagues and for their patients! You'll also thrive in an environment where remaining flexible to change and being adaptable is important, remaining calm and calling upon your colleagues for support when the heat is really on. Likewise you are there for them when they need you.
Salary & Benefits Working within this standout practice attracts above industry remuneration up to $40 p/h + Super.
