About the role

Mandurah Holiday Rentals is seeking a motivated and experienced Clenaer to join our team on a contract basis. As the cleaner, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and management of our holiday rental properties in the Mandurah region of Western Australia. This is a contract position, with the opportunity to work on-site or remotely, depending on your preferences.What you'll be doing

Coordinating the cleaning and turnover of properties between guest stays

Previous experience in the holiday rental or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of property presentation and cleanliness

Familiarity with the local Mandurah/North & South Yunderup area and its attractions, as well as an understanding of the local holiday rental market
