About the role

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Assistant in a permanent, full-time capacity. You will be part of our Electrical team and, under the supervision of our Electrician, will assist with exhibition bump in/out and general equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities include:

Maintain electrical equipment.

Test and Tag.

Manufacture new LED profile installations.

Install electrical systems (bump in).

Dismantle electrical systems (bump out).

Work in the warehouse and onsite liaising with both clients and onsite project managers to achieve the requirements of each exhibition.

Candidate must have:

Electrical knowledge (no qualification required - motivation, hard work and common sense are as important).

Flexible with hours and work schedule.

Proactive approach and positive attitude.

Eager to learn.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Good interpersonal skills.

Reliability and punctuality.

Ability to meet tight timelines

Ability to work some weekends and after hours (O/T) and to travel onsite as required. Some interstate work required (Melbourne and Brisbane).

Current driver’s licence is essential.

Full working rights in Australia are essential.

Overtime rates are paid in accordance with our Award.
