ABOUT THE ROLE

The Officer Control Centre Reform (CCR) Implementation will report into the Operational Lead, CCR and work very closely with the CCR program team and key stakeholders, to support organisational service transformation and change initiatives for NSW Ambulance.

The role will focus on CCR initiatives, associated with the $1.76 billion NSW Government investment in NSW Ambulance, delivering 2128 staff, 30 ambulance stations and new models of care to support primary and secondary triage and community access to mobile emergency care.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:

  • Qualifications or experience in project management
  • Understanding of the NSW Ambulance Control Centre environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and the flexibility to adapt
  • Able to communicate with key stakeholders, coordinate working groups and consultation and ensure strong engagement and collaboration occurs
  • Able to prepare people to adapt and adopt to change.
