💼 About the Role
You’ll work with a diverse range of clients across all ages, supporting their OT or speech needs. Our client base includes:
Home Care Package recipients
Medicare and private clients
Worksafe and TAC clients
NDIS participants
You’ll make a genuine difference in your local community by:
Providing assessment and intervention to clients (ages 7+)
Delivering community-based services
Collaborating closely with our team to develop individualised care plans
Using modern therapy resources and digital tools
Contributing to an OKR-driven and values-based environment
