About the role

As a Mechanic at BTA 4WD Centre, you will play a vital role in accessory fitting, maintaining and repairing a range of 4WD vehicles. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a well-established and respected automotive business located in Ballina, NSW.

What you'll be doing

• Fitting wide range of upgrades from Australia's best and well know suppliers to a broard range of mostly late model vehicles
• Conducting regular maintenance and servicing on 4WD vehicles
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic faults
• Test driving vehicles to ensure issues have been resolved
• Documenting work performed and maintaining detailed records
• Providing excellent customer service and advice
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures

What we're looking for

• Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience as a Mechanic
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of 4WD vehicle systems
• Proven experience in a similar automotive repair or maintenance role
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to quality work and workplace safety
