We are looking for food and beverage stars to join our team. The restaurant is open with a new and exciting menu and we are hunting for a hospitality professional who is committed to the art of delivering exceptional friendly service to our guests. As Food & Beverage in bar or our restaurant, you will assist in the smooth operation of our F&B department. But more importantly, help make our guests happy by delivering great service coupled with an excellent menu! PLus there are other opportunities to work breakfast shifts to our lovely guests or even help out in our events area.

The successful candidate will have

• Love food and beverage? Serve what you are passionate about.
• Mixologist experience preferred
• Know how to make great coffee
• Know how to make someone feel special
• Enjoy your job
• A great opportunity to learn and work in various operations - dinner and bar lounge, even in conference and functions if you wish.
• Previous experience in F&B Front of House department desired
• Personable and friendly
• Quick on their feet to handle day-to-day operations
• Ability to multitask
• Problem solving skills
• Confident in their communication, especially with corporate guests
• Flexibility to learn
• Open to a variety of shifts that include early mornings, evening, weekends and Public Holidays
• A commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• A high standard of grooming and presentation.
