Tidy Rooms Co. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Perth, WA. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across our client properties. This is a casual role with flexible scheduling, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking a balanced work-life arrangement.

What you'll be doing

Work flexible hours to suit you - during the day or evenings between Monday to Saturday (Part time or Full time to suit)

Performing comprehensive cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces

Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and properly stored

Adhering to strict health and safety protocols to protect both you and our clients

Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to any client requests or concerns

Reporting any issues or concerns to the team lead in a timely manner

Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar cleaning role, preferably appreciated but not essential as full training provided

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A friendly and professional demeanour, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Familiarity with the use of common cleaning equipment and products

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
