1. Leading National Firm looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join its team in Melbourne. This role will include advising on a wide range of bankruptcy, corporate insolvency, securities enforcement and commercial litigation matters. Working on behalf of insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors, and creditors, you will provide advice on all aspects of restructuring and external administrations, including asset realisation and court proceedings commenced as a result of a company's insolvency. You will also have the opportunity to act on behalf of banks and secured creditors in recovery of corporate and commercial debts.
2. International Firm looking for a Lawyer (2-5 years' PQE) to join them in Melbourne, practising across a range of complex domestic and international restructuring, insolvency and litigation matters. The team acts for Australia's leading banks on complex restructuring and securities enforcement matters, and for receivers and managers as well as administrators and liquidators on the external administration of insolvent entities
3. Preeminent International Firm looking for a Lawyer/Associate to work with major national and international organisations on large-scale, complex litigation and dispute resolution across a range of industries and disciplines, as well as in class actions, insolvency matters, regulatory work for and against regulators, and white collar crime matters.
