We’re seeking a motivated and career-driven graduate to join a respected financial planning firm. This is a fantastic entry-level role designed to give you hands-on experience across all areas of financial advice, while providing a clear pathway to your Professional Year (PY) and long-term advisory career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support advisers in preparing advice documentation (SOAs, ROAs)

Assist with client meeting preparation and follow-up

Sitting in on client meetings and part of the development of strategy

Maintain and update client records using industry software (e.g. Xplan)

Liaise with product providers and clients on behalf of advisers

Gain exposure to holistic financial advice across superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning

What We’re Looking For:

Completed or near-completed degree in Financial Planning or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine interest in building a career as a financial adviser

RG146 completed or in progress (advantageous)

Salary is dependent on experience
