What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Why You’ll Love It Here)

As an Educator, you’ll play a key role in delivering our vibrant OSHC programs – think laughter, creativity, learning, and plenty of high-fives. You’ll work alongside a team who supports each other, collaborates with purpose, and genuinely enjoys what they do.

Your days will be filled with:

Helping design and deliver exciting, child-led programs

Supporting children’s wellbeing, interests and individual needs

Bringing your own spark to activities, games and experiences

Working closely with our Coordinator and Educator team to make every day smooth and meaningful

Engaging with families, children and colleagues to keep the good vibes flowing

Stepping up when needed – and being supported every step of the way

About You

We're looking for educators who are:

Child-focused and values-driven

Comfortable leading small groups and inspiring big imaginations

Full of ideas and initiative

Keen to grow with a team who’s going places

To be considered, you’ll need:

A Cert III or higher in a relevant child-related field (see ACECQA)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Training (or willingness to obtain)

A Blue Card (No Card, No Start applies)

Confidence and compassion when collaborating with colleagues and children

Bonus points if you’ve worked in OSHC or early childhood settings before!
