Your Mission

Contract Administration
Be the ultimate connector! You'll oversee the entire contract journey, from Expression of Interest (EOI) to settlement, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, solicitors, and external stakeholders.

CRM & Compliance Champion
Keep our systems sharp and compliant. You'll manage Salesforce processes and maintain accurate records to ensure every contract is up to date.

Commission Wizardry
Own the numbers like a pro! You'll calculate and process monthly sales commissions, maintain tracking reports, and work closely with Finance and Sales to resolve any discrepancies with finesse.

What We're Looking For:

What You Need:

2+ years of experience in real estate, property, sales, or contract management

Salesforce CRM expertise, a big plus!

Strong organisational and file management skills

Ability to manage competing deadlines with strong attention to detail
