Hunter Valley Modular Homes is an experienced and reputable homebuilder servicing Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Mid-North Coast and Central Coast, specialising in projects that are beyond your standard project home. We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Builders Labourer, Fork Lift Driver & MR Driver to join our Team at our Construction Facility at Dooralong on the Central Coast and onsite as necessary at various locations.

This role will involve (but is not limited to):

Providing suitable access to materials onsite for subcontractors and movement of materials with the fork lift.

Receipting and control of all material deliveries.

General housekeeping and rubbish removal including, but not limited to, keeping the premises and building bay area’s clean and tidy at all times.

Yard movement of transportable homes in and out of building bays, and preparation for transport.

Assist our Carpenters building surrounds, decks, landings, ramps, steps, carports, and garages attached to modular homes.

General labouring work associated with installation of modular homes and preparing footings.

Site preparation for placement of modular homes.

Assisting with splitting modular homes in the factory and preparing homes for transport.

Provide labour support to our onsite construction team as needed.

Transportation of materials to site.

Qualification Requirements

Fork Lift Licence required

MR Truck Licence preferred but not essential

Experience

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role

The successful candidate will:

Possess a current OHS White Card

Be a permanent resident of Australia

Relevant practical experience

NSW unrestricted driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
