Key reponsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of 3–5 year corporate strategy frameworks
• Translate external market insights into actionable business objectives
• Drive performance measurement through scorecards and strategic reporting
• Conduct extensive market research and enviro scans, translating your findings into strong business case presentations, strategy reports and recommendation papers
• Collaborate across the business and with the Senior Leadership Team to align strategy and planning
• Partner with internal and external experts to identify trends and translate them into strategic opportunities

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification in engineering, economics, business or related field
• Background in the energy, infrastructure, or utilities sector
• Proven experience in business strategy, building business cases, conducting comprehensive market research in corporate planning or consulting environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience developing business cases and strategic plans, business performance metrics, and translating technical insights into action
