Looking for a role where you can work independently, make meaningful connections, and truly impact lives? At Feros Care, we're on the lookout for a passionate Community Occupational Therapist to support older adults across the West Metro VIC region - from Point Cook to Tullamarine - with most clients located within a convenient 30-minute radius. This is a graduate-friendly role with dedicated supervision, mentoring and support from a team of experienced OTs.

We have 20-25 hours per week available and offer genuine flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Preferably, you'll be based in or near the West Metro area.

What You'll Do:

• Complete in-home assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Coordinate supports and connect clients with local services.
• Manage your own schedule and documentation efficiently.
• Collaborate with our vibrant allied health and care teams.

About You

• AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with a passion for aged care.
• Excellent communicator and confident managing a mobile workload.
• Tech-savvy and organised with strong documentation skills.
• Must hold a current unrestricted driver's licence.
