APAC FM have partnered with a global engineering consultancy who are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate, Design Manager to join their growing Data Centre division. This is a leadership opportunity to drive the technical delivery of complex, high-value critical infrastructure projects across ANZ and APAC.

The Role:

You’ll lead multi-disciplinary design teams and serve as a key interface between clients, internal engineering teams, and external partners. Your technical expertise and leadership will ensure high-quality outcomes, while fostering innovation and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & manage the design delivery of major Data Centre projects

Provide technical direction and ensure quality standards across design outputs

Coordinate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to meet program and budget goals

Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-regional collaboration

Support business development and project pursuits

What You’ll Bring:

10+ years’ experience in design management within large-scale infrastructure or critical environments (Ideally Data Centre's)

Proven leadership of design teams across multidisciplinary engineering projects

Strong commercial acumen and client engagement skills
