We are a large-scale, family-owned meat processing facility seeking experienced Skilled Boners and Slicers to join our dynamic Boning Room team. This is a hands-on role in a high-volume environment with a strong focus on teamwork, quality, and safety.

About the Role:
As a Skilled Boner or Slicer, you will:
Perform precision boning and slicing of beef or lamb products
Maintain high standards of hygiene, yield, and speed
Follow all WHS and Safe Food protocols
Work as part of a productive and efficient team
About You:
Must be fully trained and competent as a boner or slicer
Experience working in a fast-paced meat processing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
Reliable, physically fit, and able to work as part of a team
