About the Role:

As a Skilled Slaughterman, you will:

Perform all required tasks on the Kill Floor including stunning, sticking, head/tail removal, hide pulling, evisceration, and trimming

Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Comply with all animal welfare, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

Operate and maintain slaughter equipment as needed
