As demand continues to grow, we are looking to expand our skilled production team with a hands-on and motivated individual who can expertly apply ply facia and/or fibreglass sheeting to caravan wall frames prior to assembly.

About the Role:

· Applying plywood or fibreglass sheeting to wall frames with precision and consistency

· Measuring, cutting, aligning, and securing panels according to specifications

· Using a variety of hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner

· Ensuring a clean, high-quality finish that aligns with our premium standards

· Working with other departments to maintain production flow

· Maintaining a tidy work area and adhering to all OH&S guidelines

What You'll Need to Succeed:

· Prior experience in caravan manufacturing, construction, cabinetry, or a similar trade

· Competent with hand and power tools

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

· Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering panels

· Ability to follow instructions and work to production timelines

· A positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
