About the role

We are seeking a new team of Colorbond Fence Installers to join our growing business at New Fence Perth, a leading provider of high-quality fencing solutions in the Perth metropolitan area. This full-time role will involve the installation of Colorbond fences across various residential and commercial sites in the Perth WA 6000 region.

What you'll be doing

Carefully measure and mark out fence line locations to ensure accurate installations

Prepare the ground by digging fence post holes and setting posts in concrete

Install Colorbond fence panels, ensuring they are level, secure and aesthetically pleasing

Perform any necessary trimming or cutting of fence panels to fit the specific site

Clean up the work area and dispose of any waste materials properly

Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and deliver a high-quality final product

Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Colorbond Fence Installer or in a related building trades role is preferred however training to the right applicant will be provided

Strong practical skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations

Ability to work efficiently and safely, both independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills to interact with customers and collaborate with colleagues

A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to deliver a visually appealing final product

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
