About the role

This full-time Fence Installer role at Western Fences WA in Cockburn Central, Western Australia offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and reputable fencing company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of high-quality fencing solutions for residential and commercial clients across the region.

What you'll be doing

Install a variety of fencing materials, including colorbond, aluminium slat and gates, to the highest standards

Carefully measure and mark out fence lines to ensure accurate and efficient installation

Operate power tools and equipment safely and competently to complete installation tasks

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional customer service

Assist with the maintenance and repair of existing fences as needed

Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Fence Installer or in a similar labouring role within the trades and services industry

Strong practical skills and the ability to understand job scope.

Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment required for fencing installation

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to access our workshop.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
