About the Role

An exciting opportunity has been created for a Building Supervisor to join their team. Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and scheduling of trades and materials for new home builds
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Attending client and construction meetings
• Maintaining workplace safety on all job sites
• Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover
• Maintenance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years residential volume home supervising experience
• Exceptional presentation and professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to problem solve and take initiative
• An ability to work in a volume environment across multiple jobs
• High level of maturity, responsibility and commitment to your role
• Customer focused with a can-do attitude
• Team player!
