WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a regional maintenance technician at Norton Gold Fields, you are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and components across Norton's mining operations, site services, and dewatering in a safe and efficient manner.

Regular inspections of the work area to identify hazards, damage and defects.

Basic repairs and servicing of pumps and compressors.

Installation and maintenance of pipelines and associated equipment as directed.

Assist with Butt and Electrofusion welding of plastic pipes.

Diagnosis of faults and breakdowns.

Undertaking repairs and component changeouts, where required.

Regular inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring good working order.

ABOUT YOU

Current, unrestricted Western Australian Class “C” Driver’s Licence (Essential).

Exposure to site services, mine site dewatering and mechanical experience with pumps (Desirable)

Poly welding, forklift, EWP & CN Crane tickets (Desirable)

MR & HR Truck Licence (Desirable)
