We are a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and South Australia. We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury.
We have a vacancy for an Accounts Payable Clerk located at our Head Office in Mildura. This is a fulltime position, 38 hours per week on a Monday to Friday basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Reconcile accounts and manage statement follow-ups.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with month-end closing processes.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
About You:
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Sage 300 is preferable but not a requirement.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Full training is provided during onboarding process, along with ongoing support provided by the Office Manager and TASCO accounts team. If you would like to work with a friendly team of locals, we would love to hear from you!
