The Role

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a 3-month contract. This is a part-time position, working 3 - 4 days per week. The role will involve end-to-end accounts payable duties including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supplier liaison. This position is ideal for a reliable and detail-oriented professional looking for a short-term, flexible opportunity.

Your Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance position
* Proficient with accounting software and general finance systems
* Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Experience in invoice matching, payment processing, and account reconciliations
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach to work
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
