We’re on the lookout for a bartender who knows their way around a cocktail tin and genuinely loves food, booze, and good vibes.

Midtown is a moody little bar in South Brisbane with a tight team, a focus on quality drinks, and a small dining space of 10 seats right by the bar — so you’ll be mixing drinks and chatting with guests. Personality matters here.

What we’re after:

– Cocktail knowledge (or a solid base + a willingness to learn)

– Someone polished but personable — you’re confident behind the bar and happy talking to guests

– A love of hospitality — food, wine, cocktails, all of it

– Someone keen to grow with us — we run quarterly training for the right people

The gig:

– 20 hours a week, Thursday to Saturday nights

– Mostly bar, with a little floor crossover

– Casual role with potential for more if it’s a good fit
