We have an entry-level full-time position available in our frontline services team.
About the role
DC Electrical has built the business and reputation based on our strong sense of customer service to a variety of stakeholders and it is vital our frontline service team is positive and professional! You are our first point of contact when our clients reach out to us! Alongside this the role will entail:
Prioritise correspondence from various stakeholders
Direct phone enquiries with an attention to detail and professionalism
Respond to stakeholder enquiries promptly and efficiently
Accurately and efficiently direct email correspondence where required
Take payments over the phone
Monitor and update data in relevant programs
Assist in other general duties tasks where required or as requested
What we are looking for:
This is an ENTRY LEVEL position, however experience in customer service is advantageous
Positive, can-do attitude with a level of resilience and strength in time management
Experience in Microsoft suite
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced trade environment
