• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to safety standards.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company specifications.
• Monitor production lines to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Report any issues with machinery or production processes to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and goals.
Qualifications:
• Needs to be an A player
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with machinery and equipment operation.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 25kgs).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
