About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand / Assembler to join our team in our manufacturing facility in Dandenong South, Victoria. This full-time position will involve hands-on work in our production area, supporting our operation and contributing to the assembly and packaging of our high-quality products.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the assembly and packaging of our building products according to specifications

Carrying out general factory duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols

Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient and effective workflows

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably within the timber industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

A proactive and reliable approach to work, with a commitment to safety and quality

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Great learning attitude with flexibility

Forklift licence needed or be willing to obtain one
