What your day will look like….
You'll be an essential part of a collaborative care team, supporting consumers with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing. Your day will involve engaging directly with individuals, helping them feel safe, respected, and cared for. You'll monitor and report on health changes, assist with clinical and non-clinical tasks, and contribute to maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment. Whether you're offering a comforting presence, helping with daily routines, or ensuring safety standards are met, your role will be vital in creating a positive experience for those in your care. You'll also participate in ongoing learning and team discussions, helping shape a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care.
