Key responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the business

Manage both front & back of house operations to ensure service quality

Lead, train & motivate staff in providing exceptional customer service experience

Ensure compliance with all health, safety & food hygiene standards

Requirements:

Demonstrated Hospitality or other relevant experience

Strong leadership skills & ability to motivate & manage a team

Excellent communication & organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
