About the Role
As a Coach at TwentyOne Training, you'll lead high-energy group training sessions that challenge, support, and inspire our members. You'll deliver programs with variety, structure, and progression - all while keeping sessions fun, safe, and results-driven.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach group fitness classes (including strength, cardio & HYROX-style training)
- Help members with technique, modifications, and progression
- Contribute to a welcoming, motivating gym environment
- Support gym events, team challenges, and member milestones
- Optional: Take on personal training clients and get involved in gym growth initiatives
About You
You're a confident, professional coach who knows how to balance energy with expertise. You're passionate about fitness and people, and you know that great coaching goes beyond cueing reps - it's about connection, consistency, and creating an awesome member experience.
You'll need:
- Cert III & IV in Fitness (minimum requirement)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Experience coaching in a group fitness or functional training environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Availability for early mornings, evenings and/or Saturdays
Bonus if you also:
- Have HYROX or hybrid training experience
- Have a background in team sports, performance training, or event coaching
- Have experience in nutrition, boxing, running, mat Pilates, or another area of training expertise
- Are keen to grow your hours, clients or responsibilities over time
