Job Title: Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor (Casual)
Location: CrossFit Soul Rebel – Greensborough & Thornbury
Hours: 8–12 Classes per Week (Approx. 10–18 hrs/week)
Employment Type: Casual (with opportunity for part-time/full-time)

We’re on the hunt for an energetic and passionate Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor to join our team! You'll be coaching small to medium group classes (capped at 12–16 members) in a supportive, high-performance CrossFit and Strength & Conditioning environment.
This is a casual position with flexible scheduling, ideal for a trainer looking to grow into a part-time or full-time coaching role.
What You’ll Do:
Coach 8–12 group fitness classes per week (most scheduled back-to-back)
Deliver high-quality coaching across strength, conditioning, and functional fitness workouts
Provide individual movement feedback and technique correction in a group setting
Support a strong gym culture built on community, progression, and safety
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate III & IV in Fitness (required)
Group fitness coaching experience (1+ year preferred)
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to lead and inspire diverse groups of clients
Exposure to CrossFit/Functional Fitness is a plus – but not essential
Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends
