Victory Curtain and Blinds have been providing Australian homeowners with premium custom-made window furnishings for over 30 years.

Victory Blinds is growing rapidly in the Brisbane region, and to support this demand, we are looking for experienced technicians to join our team.

Our warehouses, located in Crestmead & Chermside, serves as the hub for our operations. We are currently seeking skilled Installers to handle the installation of our full product range for both indoor and outdoor solutions. In this role, you will support our valued customers by delivering high-quality installation and service work.

Responsibilities

Working North side Brisbane to Bribie Island or the South Side of Brisbane down to Gold Coast

Assembly and installation of all blind and awning products (indoor & outdoor)

Heavy lifting may be required

Installation problem solving when necessary

Skills and experience

Must Have Current ABN

Valid drivers License

Own Vehicle - Van with Roof Racks Preferred

Liability Insurance $10 Million Minimum Cover

Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous)

Ability to measure and calculate

Highly organized and detail oriented

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

The ability to multi-task and work within deadlines

Customer and results focused

Ability to work autonomously when in the field

Excellent work ethic – motivated and reliable

Good learning ability – new product installations
