Marlin Coast Glass is a family-owned business in beautiful Cairns, specialising in the manufacture and installation of premium windows, doors, and screens. As we continue to grow, we're on the hunt for a motivated and reliable installer who thrives in a practical, fast-paced environment.
About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong trade background and a keen eye for detail when it comes to installations. If you enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in what you build, and being part of a team that values quality workmanship — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Installing aluminum windows, doors, security screens, louvres, and more

Measuring and adjusting frames for a perfect fit

Liaising with our fabrication team and clients on-site

Representing our brand with pride and professionalism

Maintaining a clean and safe worksite

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience with tools and trade-based installations

Great attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail

Driver's license essential

Glazing, building, or handyman experience highly regarded

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
