The Role

Seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team in this stunning location. You will be overseeing multiple areas including a Restaurant, Outback Bar and Bottle Shop. You will manage a diverse team and ensure daily operations, encourage a laid-back atmosphere with quality service. With ample training and hands on employers, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step up in management!

Skills & Experience

• Previous Management experience from a Restaurant Manager level, up
• Previous Hotel or Cafe experience highly desired
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to train and mentor staff
• Flexible, adaptable hands on approach
