About the role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Horticulturist or Gardener with experience to join our small family team here at Visual Gardens. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and care of a variety of private and commercial gardens across Sydney. You will work closely with the team that focuses on developing and maintaining all client gardens to the Visual Gardens standard.

What you'll be doing

Performing regular garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, trimming, weeding and mulching.

Installation of planting and turf.

Identifying and treating plant health issues to maintain the overall appearance of our gardens.

Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar garden maintenance and or horticulture role.

Knowledge of plants, pest and diseases.

Good customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.

Strong work ethic.

A positive, proactive attitude

A full driver's licence and or access to reliable transportation.
