Halcyon House is an award-winning luxury boutique hotel located on the stunning beachfront of Cabarita Beach, Northern Rivers (NSW), just 30 minutes south of the Gold Coast.

Halcyon Wellness is dedicated to delivering personalised spa experiences to both hotel guests and locals, using the iconic Australian skincare brand Sodashi.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, professional team players who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma-qualified in Remedial Massage or Beauty Therapy

Minimum 2 years’ experience in spa or massage/beauty therapies

Availability every Saturday and during school holidays (essential)

Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends

Hotel spa experience (preferred, but not essential)

Familiarity with Sodashi (preferred, but not essential)

Sound knowledge of a comprehensive spa menu and the benefits of each treatment

Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn

Confident in product recommendations and driving sales

A nurturing, caring attitude and strong work ethic

Highly motivated and professional

Optional Additional Hours:
There is the opportunity to take on extra hours in a wellness attendant role (at a lower rate of pay), with duties including:

Managing the Wellness Area (Cold Plunge, Swedish Sauna & Steam Room)

Monitoring and assisting guests, cleaning, and restocking

Managing laundry and treatment room supplies

Performing basic admin tasks

First Aid/CPR certificate preferred
