Allied Health Healthcare Administrator – FULL TIME POSITION - HYBRID

11am - 7pm AEST (Mon – Fri)

Location:

Hybrid – working from home and XRHealth office in Vermont, Victoria 3133 - you must be located in Melbourne and have your own transport to attend the office.

Who we are:

XRHealth is the world’s first Virtual Reality Telehealth platform. We provide VR telehealth physiotherapy, psychology and occupational therapy to clients Australia-wide.

This is a hybrid position – work from home and our XRHealth headquarters in Vermont Victoria, 3133.

About you:

With a background in administration, health care, medical reception, or NDIS experience/support coordination, you are looking for an opportunity to learn new skills. You have an interest in health technology and a genuine desire to assist people.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing general phone enquiries, client appointment bookings and patient rescheduling

Educate the patient about XRHealth products and services

Documentation and administration tasks

Raising client Invoices for consultations and sending to plan managers/clients

Training provided for updating of software/refurbishing our VR headsets

Working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team environment

Maintaining up to date CRM (Cliniko)

What you need to succeed:

A positive "can do" outlook

Strong communication skills and commercial acumen

Excellent relationship-building skills including with team members

Proficiency in office computer operations and CRM systems - Office 365 and Cliniko (HubSpot is a bonus)

An aptitude for learning

Efficient time management skills
